Andhra University Result 2026 Out — Check UG & PG Result Online
The Railway Recruitment Boards have declared the RRB NTPC Undergraduate CBT 2 Result 2026 on 30 October 2026. This is the result of the second-stage computer-based test for the undergraduate-level NTPC posts under CEN 07/2025, held on 17 September 2026. Along with the result, the individual scorecard and the region-wise, category-wise cutoff marks have also been released.
If you appeared for CBT 2, the first thing to check is your own regional RRB’s result PDF — not another region’s list. Every RRB publishes its own roll-number list, and a roll number that appears in one region’s PDF means nothing for a candidate who applied under a different region. The steps below tell you exactly where to look and what your shortlisting actually means.
Result date: 30 October 2026 | CBT 2 exam: 17 September 2026 | Scorecard: released 30 October 2026 (login from 5:00 PM) | CBTST (typist posts only): tentatively 27 November 2026

Do Not Mix Up CEN 07/2025 With the Graduate NTPC Exam
This is the single most common confusion around this result, so get it straight before you celebrate or panic. CEN 07/2025 is the undergraduate NTPC recruitment — the 12th-pass level posts listed above. It is a different recruitment from the graduate-level NTPC exam under CEN 06/2026, which we covered separately on this site. The two exams have different eligibility, different vacancy counts and different result lists. A roll number in the CEN 07/2025 CBT 2 list says nothing about the graduate exam, and vice versa. When you open a result PDF, check that the header reads CEN 07/2025 before searching for your roll number.
How to Check the RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Result PDF
The result is not one national PDF. Each of the 21 regional RRBs — Ahmedabad, Ajmer, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bilaspur, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Jammu-Srinagar, Kolkata, Malda, Mumbai, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Prayagraj, Ranchi, Secunderabad, Siliguri and Thiruvananthapuram — publishes its own list. Follow these steps:
- Go to the official website of the RRB under which you applied (or the RRB directory at rrb.indianrailways.gov.in).
- Open the Recruitment Notices or Results section.
- Find the notice for CEN 07/2025 NTPC Undergraduate CBT 2 Result 2026.
- Download the result PDF and press Ctrl + F.
- Enter your examination roll number. If it appears, read the shortlisting instructions attached to that notice — they differ by post.
- Save the PDF. You will need it again at document verification.
Two things about the list itself are easy to misread. First, roll numbers are listed in ascending order — the list is not a merit ranking, so your position in the PDF says nothing about your rank. Second, appearing in the PDF means provisional shortlisting only. It is not an appointment, and it remains subject to eligibility checks and document verification.
RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Scorecard 2026 — What It Shows
Unlike the result PDF, the scorecard is individual and needs a login. It was released on 30 October 2026 through the official DigiALM portal, with access from 5:00 PM that day. Log in with your registration number and date of birth or password, as the portal asks, and you will see your name and roll number, registration number, notification number, CBT 2 marks, normalised score where applicable, and your qualifying or shortlisting status.
Check the scorecard even if your roll number is not in the shortlist. It is the only official record of your own marks, and it tells you how far you were from the cutoff — information that matters if you plan to attempt the next NTPC cycle. Download and print it; login-based scorecards have a habit of disappearing from portals after a few months.
RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Cutoff Marks 2026
The cutoff has been published region-wise and category-wise, separately by each RRB. It varies by region, post, category and the number of vacancies in that region — so a cutoff you see quoted for Mumbai or Prayagraj does not apply to Chandigarh or any other region. Always open your own region’s cutoff PDF rather than trusting a single number shared on social media. If your score is above your region’s cutoff for your post and category but your roll number is missing from the shortlist, re-check the exact PDF and the post code — a mismatch there is usually the explanation.
What Happens Next — Post-Wise
Not every shortlisted candidate faces the same next stage, and this is where many candidates waste weeks preparing for the wrong test:
| Post | Next stage after CBT 2 |
|---|---|
| Commercial cum Ticket Clerk | Document Verification and Medical Examination, as applicable |
| Accounts Clerk cum Typist | Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST), then Document Verification and Medical Examination |
| Junior Clerk cum Typist | Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST), then Document Verification and Medical Examination |
| Trains Clerk | Document Verification and Medical Examination, as applicable |
The CBTST is therefore only for the two typist posts. If you applied for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk or Trains Clerk, there is no typing test in your path — watch for the document verification schedule from your regional RRB instead.
The Computer-Based Typing Skill Test for the typist posts is tentatively scheduled for 27 November 2026. The exam city intimation is expected about 10 days before the test and the e-call letter about 4 days before. The date is tentative: confirm the final schedule, exam city and e-call letter instructions on your regional RRB website, and do not book travel on the tentative date alone.

Common Mistakes Candidates Make at This Stage
- Checking the wrong region’s PDF. Always use the RRB you applied under; the lists are region-specific.
- Reading the roll-number list as a merit list. It is in ascending roll-number order, not rank order.
- Trusting another region’s cutoff. Cutoffs are region-wise and category-wise; only your own region’s PDF counts.
- Assuming every post needs a typing test. Only Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Clerk cum Typist go to CBTST.
- Treating provisional shortlisting as selection. Document verification and medical examination can still remove a candidate.
- Not saving the scorecard. Download it now — portal links for individual scorecards do not stay live forever.
