The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has switched the Assistant Superintendent recruitment into its next gear. The e-admit card for the Physical Endurance Test (PET) for Post Code 32/25, under Advertisement No. 02/2025 in the Delhi Prisons Department, is out on 12 October 2026. The PET itself is scheduled for 17 and 18 October 2026 — just five days after the admit card release — so shortlisted candidates should download and print their hall tickets right away instead of waiting for the last day.

DSSSB Assistant Superintendent PET Admit Card 2026 — Quick Overview

Only Shortlisted Candidates Can Download the PET Admit Card

This is the single most important thing to understand. The PET is not the next stage for everyone who applied — it is only for candidates who cleared the Tier-I written examination and feature in the shortlist. The written exam was held from 1 to 7 July 2026, and the Board issued the marks and cut-off notice for this post on 5 October 2026. If your roll number is not in that shortlist, the portal will not show an admit card for you.

Every cycle, a good chunk of admit-card searches comes from candidates who never cleared the earlier stage. If the portal says no admit card is available for your registration number, the likely reason is the shortlist — check the Tier-I marks and cut-off notice on the DSSSB website before assuming a technical problem.

Important Dates

How to Download the DSSSB Assistant Superintendent PET Admit Card 2026

1. Open the DSSSB online portal at dsssbonline.nic.in.
2. Look for the e-admit card section and select the PET admit card link for Assistant Superintendent, Post Code 32/25.
3. Enter the login details the page asks for (registration/application credentials).
4. Submit and confirm that the admit card opens on the screen.
5. Download it and take a clear printout — a photocopy shop run on the morning of the test is a risk you do not need.

Details to Verify on Your Admit Card

The exact printed layout has not been described in the sources, so treat this as a checklist once you have the PDF in hand:

• Your name, category, post name and post code 32/25
• Photograph and signature printed on the card
• PET date, reporting time and shift
• PET venue with the exact entry gate, if mentioned
• Any instructions printed on the card itself — these override everything you read elsewhere

If any detail is wrong — a misspelt name, a wrong category, a mismatched photograph — do not wait. Raise it with the Board immediately; showing up on PET day with a defective admit card is one of the easiest ways to lose a year of preparation.

What to Carry on PET Day

• Printed e-admit card (original print, not a photocopy of a print)
• Valid original photo ID proof
• Read the instructions on your own admit card for anything post-specific

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Downloading from the wrong portal. Admit cards live on dsssbonline.nic.in; notices and cut-off PDFs live on dsssb.delhi.gov.in. Bookmarks from the recruitment phase may point to the wrong one.
• Confusing post codes. This cycle also has the Warder PET (Post Code 15/25). Make sure the admit card you download says Assistant Superintendent, 32/25.
• Assuming the admit card is for everyone. It is only for Tier-I shortlisted candidates. Check the cut-off notice first.
• Waiting until 16 October. With the PET five days after release, portal load and printing queues both work against late downloaders.
