The Supreme Court of India has released the admit card for the Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer post today, 30 October 2026. This is the second half of a two-part hall ticket release under Advertisement No. F.6/RC/Sr.&Jr. Programmer/2025 — the Junior Programmer admit card came out on 18 October and its written examination has already been held. If you applied for the Senior Programmer post, your hall ticket is now live on the official DigiALM login portal linked from the Supreme Court’s recruitment notice dated 30 October 2026.
Read the post name on your hall ticket carefully before you travel. The Supreme Court is running several similarly named recruitments at the same time, and the wrong hall ticket is the easiest mistake to make in this cycle. This article covers only the Programmer posts — 26 vacancies in total — not the 250-post Junior Court Assistant recruitment or the 130-post Junior Court Attendant recruitment, which are separate advertisements with separate exams.
Released today: Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer admit card — 30 October 2026, via the Supreme Court Recruitment Cell notice of the same date. Download it from the official DigiALM candidate login portal (link in the Important Links table below). The notice itself does not state the examination date or shift — those details are printed on your individual hall ticket, so check them there rather than relying on any third-party date.
Two Admit Cards, One Recruitment — Do Not Mix Them Up
Both Programmer admit cards use the same DigiALM login link, which is exactly why candidates get confused. The login page does not tell you which post you applied for — your hall ticket does. Here is how the two releases differ:
| Post | Vacancies | Admit Card Released | Exam Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Junior Court Assistant-cum-Junior Programmer | 20 | 18 October 2026 | Written examination held 21 October 2026; answer-key objection notice 22 October, answer-key change notice 29 October 2026 |
| Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer | 6 | 30 October 2026 | Admit card out today — check your hall ticket for the exam date, reporting time and centre |
If you appeared for the Junior Programmer examination on 21 October, today’s notice is not for you — your next updates are the result stages, and the answer-key change notice of 29 October is the latest document in that chain. If you applied for the Senior Programmer post, today is your download day. Downloading the Junior hall ticket by mistake will not help at a Senior Programmer centre, and vice versa.

How to Download the SCI Senior Programmer Admit Card
Follow these steps in order. The hall ticket is not emailed or posted — the login portal is the only route.
- Go to the Supreme Court of India website, sci.gov.in, and open the Recruitments section.
- Find the Recruitment Cell notice dated 30 October 2026 for the Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer admit card.
- Click the candidate login link in the notice — it opens the official DigiALM examination portal.
- Enter the application number and the other login details the portal asks for, and complete any security verification shown on screen.
- Open the admit card download option, and check the post name, examination date, reporting time and centre address before you download.
- Download and print the hall ticket. Keep a second printout with your exam-day documents — a phone screenshot alone is a risky backup if the centre has poor connectivity.
Details to Verify on Your Hall Ticket
Check every field the moment you download, not on exam morning. If anything does not match your application, raise it through the official recruitment contact details given by the Supreme Court rather than waiting:
- Candidate name, photograph and signature
- Application or registration number and roll number
- Post name — it must read Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer
- Examination date, reporting time and shift
- Examination centre name and full address
- Instructions printed on the admit card itself, which override any general guidance elsewhere
What to Carry on Exam Day
Follow the identification requirements printed on your own hall ticket — they are the final word. In general, candidates should carry the printed admit card, a valid original photo identity proof, and any additional photograph or document the hall ticket instructions ask for. Read the hall ticket fully before travelling, and follow the centre’s security and entry instructions. Do not carry prohibited electronic devices or materials into the examination hall.
Eligibility Recap: Who These 26 Posts Were For
Applications for this recruitment closed on 27 June 2026, so no fresh applications are possible now — this article is for candidates who already applied. For reference, the advertised eligibility was:
| Post | Qualification | Age (as on 1 April 2025) |
|---|---|---|
| Junior Court Assistant-cum-Junior Programmer | B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, B.Sc in Computer Science, BCA or equivalent qualification from a recognised university | Above 18 and below 30 years |
| Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer | B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or MCA/M.Sc Computer Science, with 6 years’ relevant experience; alternatively, first-class or at least 60% B.Sc Computer Science/BCA with 7 years’ relevant experience, subject to the official notification | Above 18 and below 35 years |
Age relaxation applied as per the provisions in the recruitment advertisement. The eligibility reference date was 1 April 2025.
Selection Process After the Admit Card
According to the recruitment advertisement, selection for both Programmer posts includes a written objective-type test (General English, General Awareness, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude), an objective-type technical aptitude test, a practical aptitude test and an interview. The advertisement prescribes minimum qualifying marks of 50% in each test and in the interview, and the number of candidates called for the practical test and interview is restricted as per the limits in the notification. Qualifying in the written and technical tests leads to the practical aptitude test; qualified candidates are then called for interview under the recruitment rules. Final selection depends on performance across these stages plus verification of eligibility and documents.
A Different SCI Recruitment With a Similar Name — Don’t Apply the Wrong Dates
The name overlap is real and worth one explicit warning. The Supreme Court’s Junior Court Assistant recruitment (250 posts, graduate qualification) is a different advertisement from this Programmer recruitment, and the Junior Court Attendant recruitment (130 posts, 10th/12th pass only) is different again. If you are tracking the Assistant recruitment, our coverage of that post — including its own admit card stages — is separate from this Programmer article. Mixing up the two means following the wrong exam date, so always match the advertisement number: this article is F.6/RC/Sr.&Jr. Programmer/2025 only. For the Assistant recruitment, see our Supreme Court Junior Court Assistant Recruitment 2026 coverage.
